Introduction from Frederick Sim

Hello, This is Frederick Sim here, you may refer to me as Fred, Freddy, Sim or you may prefer my another nick, Diaz. I am quite surprised that JC invited me to this Sex Blog... i mean Food Blog.
Of course, i accept it. I mean i am not the professional food journalism type that appear on The Star or other magazines, but i enjoy eating, eating it's 1 of my hobby, just like having hot fetish sex with food. You will get what i mean!
Well most of the time i will be accompanied by JC to taste the food and give comment/review on it, i do also cover the mainland part. We will take picture for reference and post it on the blog, talk about pictures, eh i also lack of DC (Digital Camera), so i gonna use my Nokia 7610, the first megapixel phone to capture.

Look at that, ain't that phone looks so classy and cool? i leave that question to you. I do also got another backup phone for better photo quality: The Nokia N70. But i need to get it from my sister. In the nut shell, that's much about myself on The Glutton Monkeys and i will start to share our food review/comment to the blog.
